Where is Arcachon city ?
Arcachon is located in the southwest of France, on the banks of the ocean. It is famous for the landscapes of the Arcachon maritime basin, its gigantic Pilat dune and for its oyster harvests.
The conference site is easily accessible by train from Paris or Bordeaux airports. Typically the easiest route is to take the high-speed train from Paris airport, then to take a regional express train from Bordeaux station to Arcachon. The Conference Center is a 10-minute walk from the train station, just in front of the beach.
Arcachon offers many hotels around the conference center, including one directly connected to the center. The average price for one night is around 80-120$ per night
